Jon worked very hard to quickly advertize and list my mothers property. He immediatly began showing her home on the same day we signed the contract with Century 21. Offers were coming in shortly after the listing and Jon helped advise me through the process. Another agent at Centry 21 was working for the buyer and that helped the process go fast to come to a agreed price for the sale. The only problems we had with this sale came at closing time and were caused by the attourny that drafted POA papers for me to act in my moms behalf as she is in a Senior Nursing Home. This issue at closing was not Jon's responsibility.

We'd had poor experience with another local agent and just wanted a referral from someone we know well. I called her and she gave me Sheri's #.....it was wonderful from then on....to the closing and beyond. We lived 258 miles out of Burlington and she did our legwork.
